What we collect
When you order: your name, mobile number, email (optional), address, thana and district, and the transaction ID if you pay by mobile banking. If you create an account, your password is stored encrypted; we cannot see it.
Why we use it
Only to confirm your order, deliver your books, check payments, send your invoice and contact you about your order.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to remember your bag, your language (Bangla/English) and your sign-in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Sharing
We never sell or rent your information. Only what is needed to deliver your books (name, phone, address) may be shared with our delivery partner.
Card payments, Amazon and eBooks
On Khoshroz Global, card payments are made on Stripe's secure page; we never see your card number. To deliver your books, your name, address and phone are given to Amazon's fulfilment service. For eBooks, we keep which page you reached so you can continue later; your name and email are shown faintly on the pages you read.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounts and the law. You can ask us to delete your account and details.
