These terms apply when you order books or subscribe to eBooks on this website.
Orders
These terms apply to orders on Khoshroz Global (khoshrozglobal.com). Your order is accepted once your card payment is received. If a book cannot be sent, we will tell you and refund it.
Prices
All prices are in US dollars ($). Shipping for your country is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United States and Canada. Books are packed and shipped from Amazon's fulfilment warehouses. We email you the tracking number when your books ship.
Payment
You pay by card on Stripe's secure page. Card payments are handled by NDC Holding LLC, New York. We never see or store your card number.
Returns
Orders in the USA and Canada follow Amazon's standard return policy, because your books are shipped from Amazon's warehouses. If a book arrives damaged, has a printing fault or is the wrong book, contact us with your order number and a photo and we will help you with the return or refund.
eBook subscription
A subscription lets you read every eBook in our library online, for the time you paid for. eBooks are for your own reading only: they cannot be downloaded, printed, copied or shared, and each page shows your name and email. We may close an account that shares its access.
Renewal and stopping
Card subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you stop renewing in My account → My eBooks; you keep reading until the end of the time already paid. Subscriptions paid by bKash, Nagad, bank transfer or an access code do not renew by themselves. For questions about a refund, contact us.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password private. We may close accounts that are misused.
